Why it matters
Most happy customers never think to leave a review.
Customers who had a fine visit rarely write about it unless asked. Without a simple, timely request, your reviews mostly come from people with a problem.
Review requests invite every customer the same way at a sensible time, so your reviews reflect your customers as a whole.

Business scenario
A practical day in the business.
Harvest Table Market in Ann Arbor, MI does online grocery orders with curbside pickup. Customer care lead Owen Price set up review requests.
- 3:10 PM — Laura Bennett picks up her order. A request is scheduled for 2 hours later.
- 5:10 PM — Laura gets the same text every customer gets, with a link to choose where to leave feedback.
- 5:12 PM — A customer who already got a request 30 days ago is skipped (90-day limit).
- Next week — Owen sees reviews coming in steadily, from all kinds of visits.
Business scenarios and exceptions
Designed for real-world exceptions.
Requests never filter out unhappy customers, never offer rewards for positive reviews, and respect opt-outs and frequency limits.
When are review requests sent?
After a trigger you choose, such as a completed visit or a paid invoice, and after a delay you set.
Can I only ask happy customers?
No. Filtering who gets asked based on how they feel (review gating) is against platform rules. Every eligible customer gets the same request.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Noxtill doesn’t support incentives for reviews, which most platforms prohibit.
Who should use review requests?
Customer success teams and owners who want more customers to share honest feedback.
How often can a customer be asked?
You set a limit, such as once every 90 days. Customers who opt out are never asked again.
