Noxtill may offer a voluntary refund for the first paid subscription charge only when requested within seven calendar days of successful payment and where the Customer has not performed Material Product Usage after paid activation. This is an additional discretionary contractual benefit, not a description of Stripe policy.
For this limited voluntary refund, Material Product Usage includes connecting or authorizing an external account, provider, bank, payment integration, phone number, WhatsApp channel, domain, social channel or API key; importing or synchronizing content; sending or receiving business communications using paid functions; generating AI outputs or using credits; creating, editing, recording, booking, selling, billing, signing, calling, posting or performing any live operational feature after paid activation; or consuming paid allowance or metered usage. Viewing the billing page, reading policies, correcting payment details, viewing a blank onboarding wizard or requesting support does not by itself constitute Material Product Usage.
Once any defined Material Product Usage occurs, the first-purchase voluntary no-use refund is not available. This does NOT eliminate mandatory withdrawal rights, rights arising from nonconformity, misrepresentation, unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, outages warranting remedy, applicable consumer guarantees or exceptions required under governing law. Such requests always reach human review.
Where a consumer statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, Noxtill must assess whether it remains available. Any lawful express request for immediate service and any express acknowledgment affecting withdrawal rights must be collected in the manner and at the timing required by the relevant law; do not assume that a checkbox, feature connection or activity automatically extinguishes a statutory withdrawal right.
The authorized billing owner can cancel auto-renewal from Billing > Subscription or a properly enabled provider portal. Confirmation includes plan, effect time, outstanding usage and expected data-access end date. Cancellation should be at least as easy as required by applicable law; no mandatory phone call or obstructive dark pattern.
Upon internal approval, use Stripe Refunds API or authorized Dashboard to refund to original tender. Confirm refund status from Stripe events/webhook or API; report initiated/pending/succeeded/failed accurately. Stripe transaction fees and merchant balance constraints do not give Noxtill permission to deny mandatory consumer refunds.
Investigate duplicate payment, incorrect billing, security compromise, unauthorized charge, trial billed without consent, Noxtill material breach, service defect and legally guaranteed remedies independently from usage. Partial refunds, credits or correction may be appropriate depending on law and circumstances.
A public refund checker is an information tool. It must not issue a final denial or refund payment. It may indicate “Appears eligible for voluntary policy”, “Voluntary policy generally unavailable” or “Statutory/manual review required”. Actual decisions require authenticated payment and event records, correct governing law, a human escalation and anti-fraud controls.
Keep immutable account activation, plan selection, acceptance version, event ID, integration connection, first usage, charge amount, currency, refund case record, reviewer, findings, customer communications and Stripe status. Provide an accessible review route and complaint escalation.
Customers may cancel within the Noxtill billing settings or the Stripe-hosted customer portal if enabled. Unless applicable mandatory law, an order form or an agreed immediate cancellation requires otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and service continues to the end of the paid term.
No prorated refund is owed for unused time unless required by law or expressly approved.
When a refund is owed or approved, Noxtill processes it through Stripe’s applicable Dashboard or Refunds API to the original payment method where supported. Refunds can be pending, succeeded, failed or require action. Bank and card-network timelines vary. Stripe does not prescribe a seven-day or no-use refund entitlement for Noxtill customers.
For all regions, Noxtill must check consumer withdrawal, cancellation, statutory guarantees, nonconformity remedies, payment law and any non-waivable rights before applying its voluntary no-use refund test. A decision must never be made solely by country, a dashboard checkbox or a self-service calculator.
If a material defect prevents access to purchased features, inaccurate sales claims were made, payment was unauthorized or the customer otherwise has a legal remedy, the issue must be reviewed and corrected regardless of any usage/connection event; available remedies may include repair, credit, cancellation, full or partial refund.
Noxtill may decline its optional goodwill refund for abusive or fraudulent behavior, repeated use-and-refund cycles, or consumption of substantial resources, while preserving non-waivable rights and avoiding discriminatory or automated final adverse decisions.
Discounts, coupons, credits and promotional prices may be limited by customer type, plan, country, quantity, start/end date or eligibility. Unless stated otherwise, promotions:
- have no cash value;
- are non-transferable;
- cannot be combined;
- do not apply retroactively;
- may be corrected if issued by error or fraud; and
- may be changed or withdrawn prospectively before acceptance.
Recommended default public referral offer: an eligible referrer receives 50% of the referred customer’s first qualifying net subscription payment actually received, unless the applicable referral campaign expressly states a different reward period.
The reward is calculated after taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals and any fee treatment specified in the campaign rules. The referrer must disclose material financial connections when endorsing Noxtill. No self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading claims or policy circumvention. Rewards tied to refunds, fraud or chargebacks may be reversed.
