"Cookie Settings" in our footer opens a preference centre — a live control panel, not a document. This page describes what that panel offers, so the commitment is recorded in writing as well as in software.
| Category | Can you turn it off? | What happens if you do |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | No | These keep you signed in and keep the session secure. Without them you cannot use the Service at all, which is why consent is not required for them and why the panel does not offer a switch. |
| Preferences | Yes | Your language, theme, collapsed sidebar groups and saved filters stop being remembered. Nothing breaks; you set them again each visit. |
| Analytics | Yes | We stop recording which features you used. This has no effect on the Service for you. It makes the product slightly harder for us to improve. |
| Advertising | Not applicable | We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at all, so there is no switch because there is nothing to switch. |
- Rejecting is one click, on the same screen as accepting, with equal prominence. We do not make refusal take more steps than acceptance.
- Nothing beyond strictly necessary is set before you choose, where consent is required where you are.
- Your choice is recorded with a timestamp and the version of the notice you saw, and is remembered for 12 months.
- You can change your mind at any time from the footer link or from Settings. Changing takes effect immediately.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
We honour the GPC browser signal. Where your browser sends it, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies and apply that without asking you again.
GPC is also a sale and sharing opt-out signal under United States state law. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for it to stop in that sense — see the Do Not Sell or Share page.
| Outside the panel | Why |
|---|---|
| Cookies set by a payment provider during checkout | Those are set by that provider under their own policy, in their own frame. |
| Cookies on a booking page or portal you publish through Noxtill | You decide what goes on your customer-facing pages, and the consent obligation on them is yours. |
| Cookies on a third-party site you reach from a link | Not ours. |
| Your browser's own storage controls | Those sit above anything a website can offer, and they always win. |
The Cookie Policy lists each category, its purpose and its lifetime. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information. Your Privacy Choices sets out every other control you have.
