Technician inspecting an outdoor HVAC unit

Technician Scheduling

Put the right skill on the calendar.

Book jobs with technicians who hold the right certification, have room in their day and are a reasonable drive away.

Why it matters

The wrong technician is a wasted trip.

A refrigerant job booked with someone who isn’t certified, a full day overbooked, or a drive across town between back-to-back jobs: each one means rescheduling and an unhappy customer.

Technician scheduling checks certification, capacity and estimated travel before a job is booked.

  • 8:30 AM — A furnace tune-up goes to Nate Rivera, who has the most room that day.
