Noxtill may prohibit, restrict or require additional approval for:
- illegal activity, sanctions evasion or unlicensed regulated activity;
- phishing, scams, identity theft, forged records, fraudulent transactions or impersonation;
- malware, credential theft, unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service, exploit attempts or tenant enumeration;
- spam, unlawfully imported lists, deceptive sender identity, ignored opt-outs or evasion of complaint limits;
- AI use to facilitate unlawful activity, fabricate authoritative business records, bypass approvals or deceive people about identity;
- fake reviews, purchased reviews, unlawful review gating, retaliation or undisclosed material connections;
- illegal/regulatory goods where required licences are absent;
- unlawful employment surveillance or AI inference of protected traits;
- copyright/trademark infringement, counterfeiting or unauthorized circumvention;
- privacy violations, unauthorized recording/monitoring or re-identification;
- API scraping beyond authorization, stolen API keys, quota bypass or harmful loops;
Noxtill may warn, throttle, disable a workflow/integration, quarantine data, block outbound messaging, remove content, suspend a feature, suspend the workspace or terminate access. Immediate action is allowed for serious security threats, fraud, illegal activity, provider directives or likely harm.
Where appropriate, a business may appeal through support@noxtill.com. Noxtill need not disclose confidential detection methods, complainant identities or information that would undermine an investigation.
