Taxes may be added or included as required by the customer’s location. Annual equivalent prices are illustrative; a 12-month plan is charged upfront. Optional extras are not included unless shown in the active order summary. Do not silently charge a trial customer who has not authorized a paid plan.
Free-trial and lifecycle binding clauses
TRIAL_ACTIVE begins at server-confirmed account creation, expires after 14 x 24 hours (unless local law/product terms require different handling). Store timestamps in UTC and display localized deadlines. Do not reset trial by account duplication.
Starting the free trial does not require a card or authorize a paid subscription. Customers must actively choose a plan, see full price and renewal frequency, affirm recurring authorization and complete payment verification to activate a subscription.
Trial permits selected core features with restricted quotas, for example a configured total of 200 AI credits. Cost-bearing outbound SMS, AI calling, dialers and marketing send operations are blocked until additional explicit authorization and an approved payment method, where applicable. Public trial allowance table must match the live feature flags and limits.
TRIAL_GRACE begins at exact trial expiry, lasts 72 hours, and preserves read-only access plus plan selection, billing setup and data export. Do not continue expensive or autonomous activities during grace. Show countdown, emails and dashboard banners.
At grace expiry with no paid activation, workspace moves to SUSPENDED. Disable operational writes, scheduled jobs, marketing, webhooks and inbound automations according to safe suppression logic. Do not delete customer data at this instant.
Provide 30 calendar days after suspension to retrieve available workspace data through secure self-service export or support-assisted export, subject to lawful holds. After the 30-day recovery period, schedule active-data deletion subject to verified backup lifecycle and any legal/contractual retention exceptions. Publish the exact backup deletion schedule after verification.
During trial/grace or recovery, user may choose an eligible paid plan after payment and fraud checks, restore access where feasible and see any lost/irreversible data exceptions. Recovery is not guaranteed after final deletion.
At suitable pre-expiry intervals (e.g., day 10, day 13, trial end, grace hours 24 and 60, suspension, recovery reminders), notify the customer via their permitted service channels. Notifications cannot replace required consent and statutory notice.
Paid subscription delinquency follows a separate PAST_DUE -> COLLECTION_RETRY -> RESTRICTED lifecycle. Do not mechanically reuse the 14-day trial and 72-hour grace for a paid customer unless expressly disclosed in the billing terms.
A plan becomes binding after the account owner submits a valid order and payment is accepted. A plan’s included users, locations, feature flags and quotas are stated on the pricing page and checkout receipt. Feature labels “Basic”, “Advanced” or “Included” require linked definitions and cannot conceal a fee.
Monthly plans are collected in advance for one month; annual plans are collected in advance for 12 months. Display actual total due, tax, plan renewal date, applicable discounts and cancellation route before confirmation. Free trials never convert to a paid contract without explicit checkout authorization.
Current proposed extra user fee is $10/month and extra location $39/month; AI receptionist voice use $0.35 per minute; human agent seat $19/month; U.S. human call minutes $0.03; local phone number $3/month; toll-free number $5/month; analyzed speech minutes $0.05; AI credit top-up $10/1,000; email top-up $1/1,000; photo scanning $5/100 pages; SEO keywords $10/100; eSign $1/envelope; extra website $15/month; payroll $29/month + $6/employee. None of these charges may be published or applied until vendor costs, geography, rounding, renewal, taxation and live price IDs are verified.
Design threshold alerts at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%, with owner controls and optional hard spending ceilings. If a feature has an irreversible external cost, obtain clear authorized approval before a paid top-up. Do not make false real-time usage representations when provider data are delayed.
Proposed Professional or Business annual plans purchased before January 1, 2027 may receive 14 months for the price of 12 for their first term, subject to applicable published checkout promotion. Subsequent renewals resume every 12 months at an appropriately disclosed rate. Apply the 14-month date in Stripe billing configuration; marketing copy must not conflict with the actual billing date.
Authorized account owners manage stored payment methods and invoices. Failed payment recovery may include provider retries and clear notices; service restrictions must be proportionate, and personal/customer content must not be immediately deleted as punishment for an invoice dispute. Chargeback investigation is independent of legal refund rights.
Give at least 30 days’ advance notice before a proposed price increase takes effect at renewal, or longer and/or affirmative consent where required by relevant law. If the term or law prohibits unilateral modification, obtain consent or preserve the old term.
Noxtill may use Stripe for processing, but Stripe does not automatically absorb the seller’s sales tax/VAT/GST obligations. Determine tax responsibility, invoice requirements and pricing disclosures by jurisdiction before sales.
