Noxtill publishes a new version whenever a legal document changes in substance. Each version keeps its own number, effective date and archived copy, so you can always see the terms that applied at a given time.
Material changes to contractual documents are notified to account owners in advance where the contract or applicable law requires it. Editorial fixes that do not change meaning are recorded here but do not trigger notice.
Where acceptance is legally or contractually needed, Noxtill records which version a customer accepted, when and by which authorized user. An accepted version is never silently overwritten.
